Share in the journey of Paul, Amanda, Micah and Silas. Our life is busy and we don't seem to slow down, but we do it all as a family!

so I never said I was good at updating...
Long time, I know! Oops! Life is busy with these 2 little guys, planting a church, meeting new people, always having someone in our home-- but I life is good! We have started the new year off well-- with lots of snow (unfortunately, no pics of that right now!), lots of friends, lots to do! Here is a recap of the last few months or so- with mostly pics!
We love playing at the park! It hasn't been nice enough to do that lately, but last fall we had fun at a park in OKC!
Micah is growing up so fast!
He is holding his new cousin, Tilly. She was born in November and we got to see her at Thanksgiving! What a sweet baby girl!!
We went hiking in the Gloss Mountains just outside of Fairview on one of the days we were there- it was a beautiful day! The boys LOVED being outside!
What a climber!
Silas loves to color... but mostly to dump out the crayons. He is getting good though! Every color is blue or yellow to him.... maybe he will be a Blue Jay someday!
Micah was doing puzzles before his nap one day... I guess this one was just to hard!
Stickers... So cute!! and always sneaky....
his current favorite is to wrap his blanket around himself and play.. it gets in the way, but he gets mad if it comes off!
I am a stay at home mom and I have a GREAT family! I have a loving, supportive, encouraging husband and two fantastic little boys, Micah and Silas. Our days are crazy and so busy, but they are full of joy and love!
Paul was giving Micah a raspberry on his stomach and Micah said "Daddy, don't blow my tummy off. I want to keep it!!"
"I have the hicky-ups today." --Micah, Jan '09
Micah made up this song: "Every day, every day, I eat pancakes every day. every day." Funny thing is-- he doesn't like pancakes and refuses to eat them.
Before bed, Micah wanted to read the Bible story about "Mary and the Buffalo." Paul asked him what it was about, and he said "It's about saving God." Later, he asked for the same story, but said "This time it's about saving Jesus".
I asked Micah for a hug this morning, and he said he didn't have any today. I asked him where they went and he said "In my tummy."
